sidecar

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Sidecar. They are kept short and plain on purpose, so you can actually read them.

Who we are

Sidecar is run by Kaleido Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17516332, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

You can reach us at support@sidecarlife.com.

The service

Sidecar holds your errands, people, bookings and goals in one place and works out what to do next. It reads your Google Calendar and Google Contacts only if you connect them on a plan that includes it, and it only reads them.

Your account

You need an account to use Sidecar, and it is yours alone: keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. Give us a working email address, since that is how we reach you about your account.

Your content

What you put into Sidecar stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you and turn what you type into tasks, prompts and steps. Do not put in anything unlawful, and keep medical or health information out, as the screen before capture asks.

Plans and payment

Sidecar has a free plan and a paid plan. The paid plan's price is shown before you pay and billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from settings. That cancels any subscription first, then removes your account and your data. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.

What we promise

We work to keep Sidecar available and your data safe, and we do not promise it will never be down or never make a mistake. Check anything important before you act on it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law says cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the product does. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
